And in my purse?

The things I carry
say a lot about how I work.

A little practical, a little chaotic, always prepared. Think of this as my less-serious skills section.

Where I add value

A mix of brand thinking, content instincts, and commercial curiosity - shaped by real work across B2B outreach, digital marketing, events, and customer engagement.

Currently

Building better
brand connections

At Silpro, I support B2B marketing through lead generation, content, CRM and website development - helping create useful touchpoints from first hello to lasting relationship.

A tiny strategy exercise

01 / THINK → MAKE → TEST

If a brand
were a person...

I’d start by figuring out how they speak when nobody is asking them to sell anything.

01Listen

Find the tension, language and little details people already care about.

02Shape

Turn that insight into a clear idea, message or experience.

03Make

Build the thing — post, page, email, campaign, presentation or pitch.

04Learn

Look at what happened, ask why, then make the next version smarter.

03 / THINGS I NOTICE

I collect the little things
other people walk past.

A

The supermarket shelf

Why did my eyes land there first? Packaging, price, colour, placement — a tiny lesson in attention.

B

The sign in a café

One sentence can make something feel welcoming, confusing, funny or forgettable.

C

The email subject line

The smallest piece of copy often has the biggest job: earn the next second of attention.

Outside the job description

04 / HUMAN BIT
CURIOUS
+
HANDS-ON

I like making
things feel considered.

That applies whether I’m putting together a campaign, rearranging a room, building a website or finding a better way to explain something.

Tiny details I care about

05 / MICRO-MOMENTS
01

A button that sounds human.

“Let’s talk” feels different from “Submit”. Words change the temperature of an interaction.

02

A presentation that breathes.

Good hierarchy gives an audience somewhere to look — and somewhere to pause.

03

A website with a reason to scroll.

Every section should earn its place. No filler just because there’s space.

Currently on my radar

06 / NOW
01

Brand worlds

How visual language can make a business instantly recognisable.

02

Short-form storytelling

Making someone stop scrolling without shouting at them.

03

Useful websites

Simple journeys, clear copy and tiny interactions that feel good.

04

Better B2B

Making technical products easier to understand and remember.

A note to future collaborators

Bring me the messy brief.

I genuinely enjoy the bit where a vague “we need something” turns into a clear idea, a plan and something people can actually see.

The person behind the work

Creative at heart,
curious by nature.

Diya Sanghvi
that’s me!

I’m a creative, commercially minded marketer with an MSc in Marketing from the University of Kent. I like the detail behind a great idea as much as the idea itself.

My experience spans B2B lead generation, brand content, social media, email, market research, CRM and website projects. I enjoy finding the thread that makes a message feel clear, human and genuinely useful.

Whether I’m shaping an outreach plan, coordinating a busy event or polishing a customer touchpoint, I bring structure, warmth and a willingness to get stuck in.
